Mustafa leads all initiatives for Firstway, specializing in wide array of management and business skills. Considered an expert in planning strategy and completion of very diverse and complex transactions, associations and partnerships with private and government related ventures. Mustafa has proven ability to apply strong problem solving skills and accounting knowledge in developing practical business solutions which profitably impact the bottom line.
For the last 15 years, Mustafa has been managing operations of the Tatlici Family empire, TAT Development Center, which offers a full spectrum of development services tailored to the needs of its clients and partners. They bring a unique and multi-disciplinary perspective to new development and re-development projects. TAT Development Center delivers design solutions which optimize client, market, finance and investment requirements and which also address the unique physical and political demands that come with each new assignment.
The Tatlici Development Center has positioned and developed 1 million square feet of commercial office and residential space, including the Sapphire Tower in Istanbul Turkey which is the tallest and most iconic building in the country.

Carl Sobolta Lariviere is the Founder and CEO of Firstway Limited.
Carl oversees the firm’s finances, international operations and business development. His efforts have led Firstway Limited into over $1.5 billion USD worth of deals worldwide.
Carl has extensive experience in business development, relationship and project management. Entrepreneur since he was 15 years old, his first successful international business venture was in 2005 and ever since has been focusing on developing businesses around the globe. These projects have encompassed geographic areas in the Middle East, CIS countries, former Russian Republic, Africa, South America, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia. His responsibilities have included the supervision of operations, sales, marketing, financings, and partnerships. He has led numerous financings and has significant experience in diplomatic association with royalty and governments.
From 2006 to 2009 he was the founder and CEO of DubaiCanada Inc.
From 2009 to 2011 he was a co-owner of SelfBank “SB” Mobile and served as its EVP of Business Development.
From 2009 up until he founded Firstway Limited in 2011, he served as the President and CEO of GlobeCorp Tradings Inc. In this role he was head of all trading activities and participated in all aspects of the value chain.
From 2010 up until 2013, Carl acted as the CEO of Dubai-based Devcorp International Limited. Devcorp was involved in the management of development projects in the oil and gas, telecommunications, real estate and defense.
Carl received his MBA from National University of Singapore, 2005.
